I get frustrated too easily.

Like I said in the last post -- when I exercise, I don't lose as much weight.  I have been getting frustrated all week and so I have only lost .5 lbs this week so far.  I still have a few days before weigh in but we're going to be out all day on Saturday -- and on the road, so there will be coke and burgers.  I really have to learn to just live and not get so frustrated with the number on the scale -- just eat my healthy food and exercise and feel good.  One good thing that has already happened -- my blood pressure has been down a little and that makes me Haaaaaapppyyyyyy!!!!!

  1. YAY!!! Good job!!!! I haven't had my blood pressure checked in years…I should go do that. And I agree..I hate having the numbes on the scale determine my happiness each day….I SWEAAR I'll get to my goal weight this time so I can just focus on maintaining and not get frustrated with losing. It's so annoying! So much easier to maintain! We can do it!!!!! Um, and YES, being gone on the weekend is hard. I stayed home and right now I'm about 300 calories over my daily limit, so I'll probably go on a bike ride with J after the kids go down…but tomorrow is stupid waffle sunday…which we totally want you guys to come out for sometime…we do it every Sunday…and they are super healthy light waffles, and we usually jus tput fruit and coconut oil or honey on them. Let's plan it!
