Get back up and dust yourself off.

Totally screwed up last week.  I got frustrated on Monday so I kind of gave up.  We ate out 3 days, I had coke several days in a row, didn't even attempt to exercise, and I made Texas sheet cake last night (not for us), and ate all the rejects.  Frankly, I'm surprised I only gained half a pound back.




I need to stop my fat girl habits -- I like to exercise, I feel better about myself when I eat good -- but it's so easy to slip back into the bad habits.  This week I will stick to the goals I set for myself.

  1. Um, ok, it's Hatch blood. I do the same…I have a week or two of doing awesome, then screw up a little bit and throw in the towel and sabatoge myself. I did that majorly this week! WE HAVE to do this! SERIOUSLY! HAVE TO! do WW with me! I just started today. It's how I lost 80 of my 105 pounds after I had Boston. I'm doing the old program…so are my sisters. We ordered the old calculator, and downloaded an app for the old program. We're not fans of the points plus that they do now. Anyway, STICK WITH IT! And I'm the same, it's just fat girl habits that I've started these last few years and it's so hard to break them. I've gotta get off sugar…even if it's just 6 days a week. I did so good on whole 30 for January, and then did the opposite for all of February. I'm the worst!
